COMMITMENT:
(a) Commencement: Men’s Breakfast Sunday, 4 June, 7–9 am
(b) Personal Training: Minimum 30 minutes/day, five days/week for six weeks
(c) Group Training: Six Sundays 3:00–4:30pm: 11, 18 and 25 June; 16, 23 and 30 July.
(d) Conclusion: Men’s Breakfast Sunday, 6 August, 7–9 am (These are Big Sundays.)
