The Symphony Avenue small group is planning a 2–3 week trip to South Africa in early March 2007.

The tentative itinerary is to fly into Johannesburg and then on to the Victoria Falls. There will be time here to visit a game reserve to enjoy viewing the ‘Big Five’, camping over, a sunset cruise on the Chobe River, etc. Then we return to Johannesburg, travel to Swaziland to visit a school and friends of Thelma and Michael Bowes, as well as take in the sights.

It's great to see rain and everything growing, but it means that some work is needed. Come and help spruce up the church buildings and grounds. Please bring along trailers/utes, gardening tools, as well as cleaning materials for the buildings. Morning tea provided.

Vineyard Church Community Outreach

We would like to consider partnering up with Vineyard with their Mercy Centre that they run. They give food to the needy in the local community and sit and chat with them. On Saturday they are holding a time when we can go along and find out about what they do. No commitment necessary, just come along and listen. The church is in Paisley Dr. Lawnton.
