On this day Wayne will be attending the Celebration Service for the life of his mother-in-law who passed away on 4th April. She was a wonderful woman who migrated from England during the Great Depression and raised 6 children while she and her husband managed a farm. She was a faithful servant to her Lord and taught her children the same way. She will be missed but we’ll see her again soon.

RIVERS BAPTIST SOCCER CLUB'S KICK OFF SUNDAY 2007

9am at Rivers Baptist Church we are having a special service for Soccer to get us underway for 2007.

What's for lunch Sunday??? A BBQ straight after the service we hit the Barbies to cook up a storm.

We provide the BBQs to cook on & Utensils to cook with and the drinks. You need to bring all the other ingredients, INCLUDING CHAIRS/BLANKETS/MATTS/CUSHIONS OR ANYTHING ELSE you may wish to sit on.

We invite you to attend a planning meeting May 8th at 7pm, at the church.

We are particularly interested in showcasing any business, hobby or products that have special appeal to women.

We need people willing to help organize this event too!

There’s nothing like a good dose of change to keep us on our toes – returning to Australia (and the world of iPods, MySpace and ?), a new baby, and now a new newsletter format provided by Global Interaction. Our “Hands and Feet” are being given a well-earned rest. Our focus for the next term is to keep you connected with the work and people in Cambodia.
