Come along to the Christmas Day service and help us celebrate the birth of Jesus

Hello all

Leading up to the Bathurst Lan on 12th January, we’ll be holding a practice evening on Saturday 29th December. We’ll be playing other games as well, of course, but this is a good chance to come along and get a feel for the game, maybe sort out any installation issues you may have, etc.

I guess we’ll also be trying to get all the teams and processes worked out so that when we hit the real race, it will be a smooth event.

Our Annual V8 (3) Bathurst Spectacular will be held on Saturday 12th January, 2008 during the Krostech 30 hour Lan.

Venue: Rivers Baptist Church, 90 Francis Road, Lawnton
Registration: email me beforehand or fill out a form at the Lan
Practice: anytime from 6:00pm Friday 11th through the night until qualifying starts
Qualifying: 3:00pm sharp
Blast Off: 4:00pm sharp
Finish: 10:00pm approx

Format:

• One car per team (minimum 2 drivers per car) (choose your own team size and team members)
