Rivers Snow Tour 2006 Update

Applications have now closed to be part of the 2006 Rivers Snow Tour to Falls Creek, Victoria.
We have 11 starters, comprising four members from Rivers Baptist (Dominic Window, Shane Bruce, Kerry & Wayne Eustace), three Christians from other churches and four non-Christians. We are hoping this will be a time of fellowship and outreach in a vastly different environment.
We leave on Friday 1 September and return on Sunday, 10 September.
Please pray for the whole group and the effectiveness of this ministry.
And start saving for Snow Tour 2008 !!!!!!!

7 weeks to go and we are now
7 weeks to go and we are now up to 12 persons !!!! The girlfriend of one of our current tourists has joined us. The snow is looking good with plenty of dumps in the last couple of weeks. The keen ones among us have been training as a group for the last 10 weeks in readiness for a full-on snow assault.
