The Senior Pastor Search Committee would like to survey our church family to assist the committee in their search for a prospective pastor. The information will be used to write a profile of our church and a job description for the role of senior pastor. Please complete the survey and return it next Sunday. Pop it into the offering bag or hand it in at the Help Desk.
The survey is attached below.

my comments on survey: 1.
my comments on survey: 1. The friendly welcome at the door when you arrive on a Sunday morning. It is not only one or two but a team of people who are geniunely happy to see you.
Thre friendliness of everybody. People who are willing to help you and not just on a Sunday, but all through the week.
2. I think the main reason is the past and its pain and hurt. I was not in the church and don't know what happened, but I feel people are striving to change those hurts. This is the way God works in lives that have been through the fire and now are coming out the aother side better, more godly people.
3. a)walking closely with God at all times, but now, until Jesus returns for us. b) Steadfast and Solid on the principles that God has set out in His Word, not what some modern day thinker tells us.
4. *A shepherd. *A people person, but not one who will bend to everyone's desires. *A man who walks closely with God. *A humble, down to earth person, one who is not ashamed of showing his feelings and emotions.
5. ALL THE ABOVE POINTS ARE NON NEGOTIABLE QUALITIES in my mind.
6. A prayer chain system. I do not know if there is any going at the present time.
Thank you for giving the the opportunity to give my opinions. It shows that the church values its congregation. God bless you all.
