The Griffith family from Tasmania visited us last year on their way to set off on a missionary journey to the Phillipines for Wycliffe Bible Translators. As part of their work in the Philipines they will be translating the Bible. Check out their attached newsletter for recent news.

It is expected that $23,000 will be forwarded to GIA Melbourne from this last financial year because so many people saved used stamps, and purchased their new stamps from us. Your convenor Maxi, would love to receive your used stamps. Just cut a 1cm margin around your used stamp and leave them at the Help Desk. Maxi then trims collates and sends them to GIA. This represents a huge financial support to Missionaries.

In March we had an email from SIL Manila saying our support level needed to increase by around 20%! We thought we would never get going! Then the Lord proved that he really is in this and wants us to go soon. We went from 65% of our needed financial support up to 94% in just a few weeks!
