Facility hire

We do hire out our facility from time to time to events and organisations and individuals as it is available. These include multi church events, conferences organisations, weddings and private parties.

Facilities available for hire include, kitchen facilities, airconditioned hall and auditorium, small rooms (airconditioned), audio and visual equipment, (sound and lighting desk operators also available) trestle tables, conference desk chairs,

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR MINISTRY LEADERS

Booking rooms or equipment at Rivers? Wondering what to do?
Prior to an event/meeting:

  • Ring/email the church office Monday to Thursday, 9 am – 3 pm, to ensure availability of rooms.

  • Book in date, time, contact name and all equipment required.

Note: If a key and PIN code is needed, this process takes several working days to organise.

After the event:

  • Furniture: Return all furniture to the correct spot. Generally tables and chairs are stored near the walls of each room. (Please don’t stack the chairs too high.) Each room has a list of the furniture it should contain on the wall near the door. (Soon we will stick a coloured symbol under each item to easily identify the room to which it belongs.)
