The Senior Pastor Search Committee would like to survey our church family to assist the committee in their search for a prospective pastor.

Member Meeting - after the PM Service
A nomination will be put to our church for Damon Millard to be our Intern Field Worker for youth. Absentee votes may be completed at the Help Desk if you can not attend this meeting.

Last week’s members meeting agreed to a budget of $6017 per week which will need to see a rise in our giving of 50%. This budget allows for potential to start a youth pastor in the new year.

We have placed the budget details, plus details of the Role Descriptions for our Senior Pastor (Brian Willesdorf), Christian Growth and Fellowship Director (Michael Wilson), Evangelism & Prayer Director (Jim Woodrow) and Church Administrator (Jim Gailer) on a notice board in the foyer. Please take the opportunity to review this information.

We’ll be holding our next members meeting on 25th November to pass our budget for next year.

Here’s the latest news from the Board. Don’t forget to grab one of us if you have any questions, concerns or chocolate to give away!

We had an all-day workshop on Wednesday 25 July to continue working and praying through God’s vision for the church and what that means for the way we ‘run’ church. We’ll let you know what comes out of the workshop.
We’ve finished updating the roll… phew! The next job is to start contacting those who have been moved to ‘inactive’ to make sure they are currently attending a church somewhere and that they are doing okay.

We thought we’d keep you regularly up to date with what happens at our monthly Board meetings. (No, it’s not a secret club!) Here are a few of the things we discussed last Thursday night. Don’t forget, if you have any questions, big or small, come and grab one of us. We’d love to talk with you!

Interim pastor search committee: As you should know by now, we have a nomination for the interim pastor position. You can find a profile on Brian Willersdorf at the Help Desk. Please start praying now for God to reveal His will to you for the vote on 8 July.
